Elevator-bucket belt is composed of rubber belt and elevator-bucket, which needs the belt with high strength and low elongation in service. Thus the elevator-bucket belt which we produce uses steel cable or polyester (polyester fiber) canvas as strength ply of belt and we dispose rubber cover with good abrasion resistance and weathering resistance.

The tensile strength of elevator-bucket belt with steel cable core is 630N/mm - 2000N/mm (640KGF/cm - 2040KGF/cm) and its thickness is 14mm - 23mm.

The tensile strength of elevator-bucket belt with polyester canvas core is 588N/mm - 1176N/mm (600KGF/cm - 1200KGF/cm), and its thickness is 7.5mm - 10.5mm. Its tensile elongation at reference load is no more than 4%.

Customers may select the width of elevator-bucket belt with steel cable core and elevator-bucket with polyester canvas core.
