江苏国泰国际集团华联进出口有限公司成立于1978年，本公司具有独立法人地位，享有自营进出口权。多年来从事经营纺织类、轻工类产品，远销50多个国家及地区，在广大的国内外客户中享有较高的知名度。经营的品种的大类有：服装、面料、毛棉针织品、纱线、五金工具、轻工百货等。公司注重内部管理，加强公司员工的业务培训，目前已有80多名高素质的经营管理，国际商务，品质保证等方面的优秀人才加盟我公司，并于2000年11月通过了ISO9002:1994质量体系认证，为本公司的持续发展提供了资源保证。
公司总部位于中国张家港市，张家港市地处富庶的长江下游南片，毗邻国际大都市上海，交通极其便利，境内有天然国际贸易良港--张家港港和张家港保税区，张家港市不仅综合实力雄厚，工业基础良好，而且市民意识和城市管理均已同国际接轨，为国家卫生城市和国家环境保护模范城市，同时也是著名的苏南工业区，处于如此优越的经济环境和社会环境，为发展同世界各地的经贸合作提供了有利条件。
本公司在发展外贸的过程中，建立了自己的服装生产基地。目前已拥有公司全资企业张家港华裕制衣有限公司和中港合资张家港国泰联创制衣有限公司两家服装生产企业，年产休闲服装60万件，棉针织服装60万件，中、高档羊毛衫60万件。欢迎来料、进料加工贸易。

Jiangsu Guotai International Group Hualian CO., LTD. was estalished in 1978 ,with the status of an independent legal person & right of handling import &export, our corp has dealed with textiles & light industry products for decades, our products are exported to more tahn 50 countries in the world with its high reputation. The main categories which we are handling are: Garments, fabrics, knittingwear, sweaters, yarn & light industry products etc.
Our Corporation pays attention to internal management strengthens vocational training among staff and workers. At present over 80 high qualified talented persons good at management and administation, international business, quality control have come here and been allied to the corpration, and together with the certification of ISO9002:1994 in November, 2000 which has provided the corporation resourcrs ensurance for a continuous development.
Our Corp. with it's headqualter in Zhangjiagang City enjoys fine economic locations--the natural international port and Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone are near the company, Zhangjiagang City locates in Yangtze River delta, the international City Shanghai is quite near Zhangjiagang City. Zhangjiagang City is not only famous for its fine economic strength and good industry background but also famous for its clean and good environment protection. The fine economic loctaion and good social environment provide better condition for the World economic cooperation.
We have also established our own manufacturing centre during business of decades, we have our own sewing factory (Zhangjiagang Huayu Garments CO., LTD.) & another joint-ventured with HONGKONG customers (Zhangjiagang United Creation Carments CO, LTD.). The production capacity totally per year is: 600，00O pcs garments, 400,000 pcs cotton knitwears and 600,00 pcs woolen knitwears yearly, among them, 140,000 pcs are exported to USA market, EC market & Japanese market.
